Do you know someone who is mean or cruel? Do you know someone who enjoys berating or belittling others? Do you know someone who is motivated by jealousy or greed? Do you know someone who hurts others through their domineering or egotistical behavior?
Well, then you know someone who is displaying toxic behavior. The problem doesn’t stop there. Unfortunately.
If these people are in your environment (family, friends, coworkers…) their behavior probably is affecting you. Toxic behavior is a sign that these individuals are energetically off balance, have become emotionally toxic and this will eventually affect their physical state of health. Toxicity such as this begins in the energy bodies that envelop the physical body. It then interfaces the physical body through the chakra, manifesting as dysfunctional behavior and eventually as physical illness. But what about you? How does their behavior affect you?
When we are around toxic behavior, the first thing to become assaulted is our energy bodies. Our energy bodies are meant to be light, vibrating at as high a frequency as possible. When someones energy bodies are toxic, they are vibrating at slow frequencies, they are heavy.
Our energy bodies interact with the energy of our environment. By encountering toxic behavior in others, we bombard our energetic selves with negative energy that slows us down vibrationally. This means that our chakra begin to get muddy, slowing down and not being able to do their job. Toxicity seeps into our spiritual self, the soul. Another word for soul is psyche (Greek, meaning soul). Although in Greek today, the word psyche means soul, in the West the word has become synonomous with our “inner self”.
We know that they have made us toxic when we respond to these people with anger, hurt or fear. Once these emotions prevail, it is a matter of time before physical symptoms begin to manifest. The reason this happens is because our body is an intricate computer that runs on frequencies and energies. More on that…and how to prevent this….
